Two words.
Will Smith.
It's not even a contest, while Eminem is playing himself and Tupac is playing in some movie playing similar roles over and over, Will Smith is out doing his thing.
The difference here is that Will Smith is a movie star, period. Tupac is just a good rapper/actor.
Besides, people give him too much credit. Ice Cube and Mos Def are better actors.
