Just so you know, if in case you weren't kidding, the Velvet Underground are certainly NOT from Canada. They are from New York City (though John Cale was originally from Wales.)

I voted for Jawbreaker because they were once sort of o.k. as a second rate Dischord band, but the whole list is a sorry excuse for punk rock.

Underwater Moonlight is his best of bests really. I went ahead and voted for "Trains" as his best post Soft Boys album, but you shouldn't ignore his original (and legendary) group!

You really should have listed them if you were going to list Fugazi, Butthole Surfers, and Pixies (?)

also where's: Bikini Kill, Sham 69, Killing Joke, Gang of Four, $%!@ Galore, Wire, Unwound, the Weirdos, the Screamers, Suicide, the Velvet Underground, the Stooges, the MC5, Mudhoney, Big Black, the Birthday Party, the Ex, Fear, Flipper, Bad Brains, New Bomb Turks, Dead Boys (!!), New York Dolls, Le Tigre, the Heartbreakers, the Voidoids, the Dickies, the $%!@, God I could go on forever...

At least you DIDN'T include the Offspring or Green Day (though NOFX is more of the same in my book.)
