Gamers are nerds?

I'm a gamer, but I'm not sure if I fall into the "nerd" category, I might, but I don't think it's about earning some artificial position under society's eye, but about how much you enjoy your life. I have:
-The coolest most beautiful girlfriend on earth
-Our own apartment, 3 bedrooms.
-Satellite TV.
-802.11 Wireless Internet.
-Pretty much anything else we want, no financial difficulties.
The only thing we may be missing out on is travelling -- we don't really have the cash (or the desire for that matter) to visit places overseas like many other people enjoy doing. So call me a nerd but I personally love staying in my home with my babe and doing something along the lines of watching a cool movie together, or playing video games :p
