There's two things I like about it:
1) I click one button and it checks 100+ sites to see if new content has been added.
2) I click on each site that's been marked as updated, and it shows a simplified version of that page, with just a list of 'news items' that I can reformat to my taste via a stylesheet.
I do all this from the Sage 'sidebar' in Firefox, and I can choose to click on the simplified Sage display to get back to the 'real' HTML page.
