What made you choose that particular race?

No reason/Chose randomly

I like the way it looks.

I like the skills/traits of that race.

I created the character to resemble myself (for Human characters)

LOL, Yes - I'm a guy and my character is female.

LOL, Yes - I'm a girl and my character is male.

Now, on to professions! This is what I'm most curious about. So which one are you?

With Guild Wars 2, you can no longer choose a secondary profession. How do you feel about that?

...We could have two before?! (Never played Guild Wars)

Fine/Doesn't bother me.

Happy - This way I can focus on just one profession and still customize my character to make it unique.

Upset - I enjoyed that feature because I like combining two professions.

Still having mixed feelings about it/Too soon to tell.

Now for those who played Guild Wars, what profession(s) are you missing the most in Guild Wars 2?

When creating a character to play in a party (let's say you're making a new one anyway and not using one you already have), do the other characters race and/or profession influence your choices?

No.

Yes - I try to create a character that blends in with the rest of the party (eg: Creating a Human in a party of only or mostly Human characters).

Yes - I try to create a character that stands out in the party and is completely different from the others (eg: Creating a muscular Norn in a party of cute Asura).

Yes - I try to create a character that complements the party and helps to keep it balanced (eg: Choosing a Scholar profession if the others are mostly Soldiers and/or Adventurers).
