In this poll, you will be given a list of scenarios of people breaking rules and receiving punishments. You are to decide whether the punishment is fair, too harsh, or too lenient.
A 21-year-old man was stopped for reckless driving. The police officer who stopped him found that he had been drunk. He was arrested and had to perform community service. He faced court costs, attorney fees, and increased insurance fees. He lost his job and driving privileges. He had to pay for and take additional driver's education courses. He also had to pay for his car to be towed.
