Do you believe that all women are capable of attaining flat abs/tummy with the right diet and exercise regime or do you think there are some women who cannot, no matter how hard they try (perhaps due to genetic factors)?
All women can get flat abs if they try hard enough.
Some women have naturally bulkier tummies, even if they are otherwise slim.
