Healthy Eating, just how easy is it?

Ok so it's a new year and you decide this is it, this is the year you bin the junk food and go for gold. BUT just how easy is it to healthy eat 5 days a week, how easy is it when you go out for a day at the shops or if your at work to find a good, tasty and fresh substitute for a bag of chips, or that meal deal which includes a sandwich layered with FULL FAT mayo?!! All I ask is 5 minutes of your time to complete this poll designed to get a view of what people really want.
