No
Holds true for new/independent creators, but not well-established ones
Many broadband providers in the United States have been limiting upload bandwidth since the beginning. In many other countries (such as Japan, Germany and South Korea), download and upload are much more equally matched. Do you think that this is unfair?
Of course, big telecom/cable is just greedy.
They're doing it because of pressure from the RIAA/MPAA/ESA, etc.
No, Those other countries are much smaller than the US so their ISPs costs are lower.
What do you think the solution is?
More lawsuits and Copy protection
A Fair, legal paid download system with equal creator and user rights (No unfair copy protection/file formats or prices)
None, piracy will always exist at current levels, there will always be a way around any roadblocks thrown in the way
What's the worst problem with current legal download services? (Check all that apply)
Unfair restrictions (filetypes, only x number of devices, no copying to disc, etc.)
Prices are too high
Selection is too limited
