BRITNEY SPEARS and PARIS HILTON are sharing the top spot in a new poll - as the most annoying people of 2004. With Spears' marriages to both JASON ALEXANDER and KEVIN FEDERLINE in the space of just nine months, and Hilton's sex tape scandal and tendency to declare "that's hot", the pair have catapulted themselves to the top of STAR magazine's survey. In a top 50 poll, which included the likes of ROD STEWART, COURTNEY LOVE and JANET JACKSON, there are two celebrities from outside of the music and movie worlds in the top 10 - American TV personalities STAR JONES REYNOLDS and BILL O'REILLY.
