The Holy Bible makes quite a few references to fasting (going without food). For instance, Jesus says to fast without complaint or even telling anyone (Matt.6:16-18). Do you fast (voluntarily go without food) as part of your faith? Is it relevant? Is it good for you, spiritually or physically? Give your opinions here.
