Wetting or messing your pants in public

A few years ago, I was in an auto accident which caused some spinal damage. Well, not exactly damage, but some swelling which left me unable to control my pee. I actually needed diapers for a month or so. When the swelling went down, I kept wetting myself. Of course, the doctor couldn't find any reason, but he'd told me that there was about a 1 in 4 chance that I wouldn't regain control. I still wear my "Pampers"(actually adult disposable diapers) 24/7 and use them for both pee and poop most of the time. About the only exception isd that I don't poop in my diaper at work.
