What is the optimal age for male circumcision?

Problem with routine circumcision

While circumcising at birth is undeniably the most straightforward option (the quickest to heal from, and without any memory of the surgery), it is a lot more difficult to ensure the frenulum is completely removed.

In my poll on this issue (below), roughly half of men circumcised at birth still have their frenulum, while the vast majority of men circumcised later in life have their frenulum removed during their circumcisions.

The poll also found that women overwhelmingly prefer circumcised men, and many also prefer their lovers to be without a frenulum too.

It would be interesting to find out how many of those circumcised at birth later have to have more surgery to remove their frenulums.

This is why I support circumcising at age 13, this way the frenulum is cut 100% of the time.
