I appreciate this service is free so don't expect too much and decided to go here than email. My poll was submitted on the 11th May it's now the 17th May and still "pending review". Perhaps I missed something?

has this since been resolved? sorry for any delays in the review process, but it should never take more than 1-2 days for a poll to be reviewed.
