Prayer is the most essential part of our lives. A person should start the day in prayer. I cannot imagine not talking with my Heavenly Father every day.

The thought of taking an icy shower sends shivers down my spine. I have had plenty of them when I lived at home. My parents used to find any excuse to give me an icy shower. No matter how many icy showers I took I never got used to them. The water was absolutely freezing. Each time I got under the freezing water I would scream.
