personnally i agree with this type of punishment completely, however i do believe that it should be kept in the privacy of the home and no one should find out about outside of the boys mutual family.

yea some of the things listed here are a bit extreme. Thinking about it no one would ever put their child in a hobble or cage. and especially not a collar and lead. But harnessed children are quite common. Im very closely watched because ive tryed to run away a few times. So my parents harness me whenever we go out and at home im kept in a playpen and sleep in a crib. I also wear diapers so theres no need for me to go to the bathroom so i cant escape out the window there. And i do have a few pyschological problems, like hyperactivity, i also have a disorder that makes me hate anyone related to me and want to run away so you can see why im treated like this.AND NEITHER MY PARENTS NOR ME ARE FETISHISTS
