School funding goes to the wrong people! Every election voters get talked into another property tax increase and the teachers never get a raise! I talked to a teacher last month who told me she only makes in the 30000's per year after 12 years of teaching. Yet the average pay rate for school administrators where I live is in the six figure range.

You are speaking to someone that has an accent, and speaks ENglish poorly, and you have a HARD time unferstanding that person. How annoying is this?
Do you know what's REALLY ANNOYING ?? When that person who speaks english poorly works behind the counter at a fast food restaurant! Last week I was at a dual fast food restaurant. It was a Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs on one side and a deli on the other! The woman behind the counter only knew a few words of English! I tried to order a deli sandwich and she just stared at me like I had two heads! I told her what I wanted three times and she went over to the deli case and just stared at it! I told two more times I wanted a pepperoni, salami, ham, and cheese sandwich. It was on the menu board! She just stared at the meat and cheese and said "no understand" Jeeez!!! If that's not annoying I don't know what is!
