========== In Reply To ========== Jesus said "...of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but the Father only. But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be". (Matt.24: 36-37, NKJV). Many people have said that they knew the day and even the hour. Some went up mountains and waited for the end. Some sold all their possessions. Some just waited. All were wrong. Why? Because no-one knows the time!!! It could be tonight, or not for a thousand years. We are not told the time, but we are warned to be READY.

Jesus also said to His apostles that He was near...right at the door! He also said that all of these things (The Olivet discourse)would take place in the generation of His disciples. (Matt 24:32-34). While it is true no one knows the day and the hour we do know the general time frame was to be in the lives of the apostles of Jesus Christ.
