Hmmm... looks like you haven't done your research about the separation of church and state, cause no where in the constitution or any other government document. It was a response to a letter received by President Thomas Jefferson to the Denbury Baptist Association. It was not saying that Religious views are not allowed anywhere other than churches.
Also, I have seen that documentary about finding the tomb of Jesus. The thing is, there still is no proof. Jesus was a common name for that time, It has been found in 98 other tombs and on 21 other ossuaries. Some other controversies about the tomb, 1. the Jesus Family Tomb would not have been in Jerusalem, but Nazareth. 2. If this is the Family Tomb of Jesus, why does it contain so many non-family members? 3 The statistics are also distorted regarding Mary of Magdalene.
