This isn't a "racist" survey. It is neutral. The questions in it are not written in a tone that can offend, and is part of my GCSE (the British "High School" qualification equivalent) that is intended to find out individual's views on race issues. Clearly, some people are racist, but that is the point of the survey - to find out people's views in a secure environment so I know what they really feel.
