What group has all their problems solved because some rectifications were made by their oppressors?
Yes it's right to repair [which is what the word "reparations" means] the damage Black communities have had to deal with since enslavement. But just like moving to the New World didn't solve all white peoples problems (still producing your Ted Bundys, Charles Mansons, Pee Wee Hermans and pedophiles school teachers and priests) Black neighborhoods won't become magically cured from all of life's imperfections. But they at least will have a fighting chance to really (and not superficially) even the playing feild.
