I was total idiot last week when I was not wearing cup when playing hockey.It was not so serious game, but got hit in balls. I have to go to the local clinic and doctor checked carefully my balls. No ruptures, but large bleeding in the scrotum. My balls are really swollen now. That goes away only after one week. Really disgusting! From clinic they gave to me special jocktraps to support my balls. Now I am eating painkillers and lay down and rest. This should not be harmful my sperm production, but I not so sure. So guys, use always cup when playing hockey even with our friends.
