Could this finally be a AFL/AFC cave in by (W.R.)?
The debate back in the mid-sixties was did the AFL deserve to exist? Well certainly not just yet in 1967 when the Packers ran rough-shot over the Raiders to win SUPER BOWL II....
Maybe W.R. is just conceiding an old debate.. The NFL was always the better league over the AFL for most of the sixties.
I say its BANDWAGON status for W.R. He also better host a PACKER Super Bowl party with no cover and all the perks.....
