I also think this poll was awesome the best one I took on this website yet. However, I also have to say as a "religious" person. Those standards are standards that people like yourself hold us to. I and many religious people I know never said we were perfect and without fault. However, whenever we do wrong someone is always throwing it in our face. Most religious people I know never tell others how to live either. What I found is people feel uncomfortable around religious people because there is some guilt on their part and then they blame the religious person for making them feel guity about some standard that the religious person never held them to in the first place.

I just wanted to say that there should not be any orginized prayer in a public school, however, if a student or group of students want to pray together, they should be able to. Giving students a time of silence after a death of a student, etc., should also be permissable. Then the students can pray their own prayers if they want too.
Just remember that there is a separation between church and state and the founding fathers did that for a reason. It is an awesome thing in this country that so many cultures and religions can live side by side and practice their faith and culture without persecussion, lets keep it that way!

Just currious, assuming your pagan by your address, what is the answer to the actual poll? It drives me nuts with a poll like this that you don't learn what the answers are, just what people believe truth to be?

I don't mean to sound angry, just that when I was a child, I would be harassed by people because I would not talk a lot about my relationship with Jesus and was accussed of not being saved, which was unfair to me or anyone else who was unjustly accused. I think that people express their relationship with God in many different ways, depending on what faith they are. It seems to me that Catholics in general are not as vocal about their relationship, not because of lack of faith or relationship, but because of Catholisim. I'm not sure if that makes any sense, I can say more if you don't understand.
