Move yourself to Antarctica. I'm sure the solitude would please you!
Sorry for the late reply. I agree with you that Mandarin is widely used. As a matter of fact, I'm going to China to film a trilogy for Zhang Yimou. The trilogy is written in Mandarin. Another script was offered to me which uses Shanxi and Cantonese mixed. BTW, when I did a musical with Ziyi Zhang, we spent our free time conversing between Mandarin, Cantonese AND Shanxi... with a little Korean thrown in for good measure.
Hey, Madisson...you think you got it tough? I went to a strict boys'school where shorts were never permitted except in sports.
Frankly, guys, I don't see anything wrong with older boys or men wearing kneesocks with shorts. Sometimes I wear mid-thigh shorts with white athletic kneesocks and sneakers. My wife (and some women who see me) thinks it's a great fashion statement!
If you have reasonably good-looking legs, it really doesn't matter what kind of shorts you wear. I'm 36. I have reasonably good-looking legs, too...but I prefer to wear whatever shorts I am wearing at whatever time I'm wearing them. For instance: if I'm walking down the street, knee-length denims are fine; if I'm walking down the beach, mid-thighs are OK; if I'm jogging, biking, rock-climbing or skating, the shorter the better. If you want to see an example of what kind of shorts I like, go to my profile page at:

and you'll be able to see a picture of me when I modeled for PCH.
