In my jail, male inmates would be restrained 24/7, ranging from cuffs and leg irons for 12 hrs a day whilst awake and spend 12 hrs a night hogtied . All basic privalies including change of uniform and showering would be only as and when decided by prison staff.

I normally change my socks every 2 or 3 days but sometimes have worn the same ones for a week if there is no clean ones. My socks always seem to stink after just a few hours for some reason and my mates are just as bad. One of my mates wears white socks that are always black underneath cos he doesnt wash them much and they really stink!

my stepdad caught me $%!@ing one night so he belted me on my balls till i screamed in pain and then tied my hands to the headboard on the bed every night after that to make sure i never did it again. i did though when i was in the bathroom
