I'm sorry, I didn't mean "common understanding" for just anyone. I meant it would be a common understanding for those viewing this poll from the church web site. I wasn't aware that this poll would be able to be accessed by anyone other than visitors to our web site. What I mean by Christian church is simple, the Christian Church. Those who beleive in the 66 inspired books of the Holy Bible as the in-falable word of God. Those who believe in Jesus Christ as the son of God and that he was born of a virgin, was crucified, and ressurected from the dead. Those who believe that you can only be saved if you ask Jesus to forgive your sins and accept that He died for you to be saved. Those who believe that Jesus Christ will come again to this earth and those who are saved will be ressurected to eternal life with him and those who are not saved will be destined for eteral life in hell. Where the bible says "the worm dieth not, and the fire is enver quenched." That is what I mean by Christians.
