I have always been fascinated with nudity since I was a young child (your typical kid I guess). The very first time I slept naked was when I was 8 years old and it was really hot in the summertime. I was soooo hot but I still wore my pajamas because I was afraid my parents would get mad if I took them off. One morning I went into my parents' bedroom to wake them up and to my surprise, my dad sat up, threw the sheet back, and rolled out of bed completely nude. I thought this was really cool and I got up the nerve to try it the next night. It felt awesome! I did it a couple more times that summer and then a few times each summer after that until I was in junior high school when I began to sleep naked all the time in the summers. By the time I was in high school, I was beginning also to sleep naked sometimes on weekends during the schoolyear too. Sophomore year in college is when I began to sleep naked all the time. I am now 23 years old and have slept naked every night for 5 years and I would NEVER sleep in anything again.
========== In Reply To ========== How many over the age of 18 are still being spanked? Why? Who by?

It sounds like you really suffered when you got detention, and you want a better way? Haven't you figured out that making you suffer is the whole idea?
========== In Reply To ========== I think detentions are rubbish in our school we have 2 hour detentions and all you do is write lines for 2 hours how boring. We have to wear school uniform which is crap. In the end you are nearly asleep and you hand and wrist aches with pain from writing. I think there could be a more better way of doing detentions?
I'm no angel - I go out of my way to break rules sometimes, and I've logged some hours in detention as a result. I've been in trouble both in and out of school.
But I still think you're wrong, even though you probably mean well.
If you don't punish a kid for the little things he does wrong, he'll progress to getting into trouble for big things. Isn't it better for a kid to get detention than to end up in jail?
Some kids will continue to misbehave unless the consequences are painful for them. Punishment doesn't have to be humiliating, just unpleasant. The more unpleasant, the more effective.
========== In Reply To ========== No spank, no detention. People must not punish children any way (except crime activities). Teacher, parents, coach must get used discuss with children without punishments because punishments make children bad. Personally I hate every punishment because of embarasing and humiliation.
Detention is a joke unless the person supervising it is tough.
We get over in detention by saying we have to go to the bathroom, or that we forgot a book, or something like that. That breaks the monotony for a little while.
They let us do homework or sleep, so when we get out, we're rested and our homework is out of the way. It's really no big deal.
I would try a lot harder to avoid detention if it lasted longer and they either made us sit there and do nothing, or made us do extra work instead of homework. Then it really be wasted time. The way it is now, my attitude is BRING IT ON, MAN.
