Anyone voting yes for the amendment, should be voted out or recalled.
Only US citizens should have the right to vote. Otherwise, what benefit is there to be a citizen? You can be here illegally, not pay taxes. Anytime we have a vote on topics that Mexico or Canada don't like, they can export their citizens to the US and vote in there best interest.
I can't believe that our state reps can't see the national security issue in this. For that reason alone, they need be removed from office.
