Hi I wrote the poll, see ya

I'm sorry to say it, but I think next time you should actually do a little bit of background research to form your questions, which to me, seemed a little bit ignorant. Not in the sense of your intentions, but in the sense that you can't really put these two religions "up against eachother", because they really are, much too different.

Just a couple of things. In Buddhism, there are supposed to be no deities, that is unless you take Buddhist folklore into account, which varies by culture and country. Buddhists follow guidelines that govern actions of everyday life, and they do not worship Buddha (who was only known as the founder).

Also as sacrilegious as it may seem, not all Buddhists believe in 're-incarnation'. I mean, I'm Buddhist but I only believe that some people do, not all. Just like a Christian may dispute a concept or idea in the Bible.

So really, I think it really comes down to one's own personal choices to decide what they want to believe in. Which in all cases, is fine! Religions don't need to compete and judge. What is important is what you, yourself believe in.

Thanks for reading my rant LOL. Hope you do well with more of your polls :)

Yep, you're absolutely correct. In Buddhism, we don't even worship Buddha or a "god". It really is a set of values and beliefs that should govern our everyday lives. In a sense Buddhism could be more-so regarded as a philosophy, and not a religion.
