I Think that there should be one director per film.
KINGDOM HEARTS- Peter Jackson could really pull off the friendship between these characters as well as the fantasy elements of it.
CHAIN OF MEMORIES- Since this is a continuation, I would allow Bryan Singer to direct. He's proven himself good with continuations with X2, so he should do well.
KINGDOM HEARTS II- I would allow director Mike Newell to work on it. He's proven he could work with comedy (Four Weddings and a Funeral), dark dramas (Donnie Brasco), and fantasies (Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire). The jokes about Sora's feelings for Kairi made by Goofy and Donald could be done well if directed by Mike Newell
Kingdom Hearts movie
Yes, this without a doubt would be a great idea. However, I think that if there is going to be one, I think it should be in the hands of Peter Jackson. His WETA workshop can provide the Heartless creatures, while the special visual effects can be by Industrial Light & Magic. Most it should be Live- Action with the animal characters (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Daisy, Chip, Dale, etc.) should be CGI.
I think that the games have too much to see in one movie. Instead of craming it all into one movie, this idea came to me: a seven-picture,"Harry Potter"-esque arc that will chronicle Sora's coming of age as well as his quest to destroy the heartless. Like the anime seirals, each movie should be titled Sessions. Here is the series outline:
SESSION 1: Mystery Of The Keyblade SESSION 2: Organization XIII SESSION 3: Presence Of The Nobodies SESSION 4: The Seven Princesses SESSION 5: Age of the Dragons SESSION 6: The Order of King Mickey SESSION 7: Newfound Hope
