I agree. Women are getting stronger and stronger. Working out more and developing big hard biceps. Some of the girls I see working out at the gym are amazing.

I have similar experience as you. Several years ago I was stronger than my wife. I used to beat her in arm wrestling most of the time - it was a close match.

Omce we started lifting her gains were much faster than mine. Within 2 years she was beating me at arm wrestling all the time.

Now (after 6 years of lifting) her muscles are bigger and harder than mine, and she is much stronger. She dominates me in any type of wrestling.

Things are changinging now that girls work out. They are stronger then men.

========== In Reply To ========== Do some research, girls an (average) are not as large as boys for sure but girls are lifting weights now. I arm wrestled my Wife and beat her with difficulty several years ago but we began weight lifting together not long after. I work in construction and her in an office and I have won more times against men then not. Now several years later she has larger muscles and I can not beat her at any wrestling. I'm 6' tall at 200 lbs & she is 5'6" at 175 lbs and while working out together I watched her legs become larger then mine with time and in the last year her arms became 1" bigger, calves 3" bigger, and thighs are 4" larger. I'm seeing more women like this at the gym now. Some are more muscular then the men and spend much more time exercising then men. As a result of their effort they are stronger then men now. One woman can't be beat at bench presses and I watched her do two reps with 450 lbs and a guy do one with 440 lbs. Women are changing fast or evolving and making faster gains then men. Time will tell what happens.
