YUP! YUP! YUP! I wanted to do that (wear just my speedos) when I went to Australia and New Zealand LAST year, but I found out summer in Japan is winter there! TOO COLD! Especially for a tropical islander like myself. Where I live, I am, other than ONE other friend, is the ONLY ones (teens) who wears speedos to the beach, other than a few tourist. But we don't care. It is the freedom of movement, easier to swim in, and the tan-lines, and my Gal loves it!

And Scotty, sounds like you live in the United kingdom somewhere, am I right. Me? Right smack in the middle of NO-where! The loniest, most isolated group of islands..... EVER!

Yeah, that mind of its on willie. I never took notice of myself getting a stiffy. But I usually don't bring attention to myself by trying to hide it if I get one. I just shower, and get my towel around my waist, and walk out, towel dry, dress, grab my books, and off to my other class.

In small towns/districts, and even in some prefectures within the big cities, there are community bathhouses. And in my cousin's town, just a small bathhouse.

The first time I went to Japan when I was around 6, I was hesitant to get naked with the others. But my cousin being a year younger than me, was wondering WHY I was hesitant to drop my undies.

I usually get some stares at the bathhouses, mostly at my cousin's town. It is because I am cut. And they are not.... I got used to it.

Also in Japan, there are a lot of "onsen" hot springs. And nude bathing in the wide open is a normal. My Gal was very hesitant, but seeing me strip first, well.... she did, and we stayed in the hot spring, with a few others with us, until WE turned pruned-skin! But it SO relaxing at the onsen!

Visiting Japan on a yearly basis so far, it is a natural thing to bare it all at public baths in the small towns and the "onsen" hot springs.

When I first visited there when I was six, yes, I was very hesitant to bare it all at that younger age. I feel it is because living in America, us guys are too damn modest as compared to girls! Come on! American guys, ADMIT IT! Girls can wear eye popping tiny little bikini and THEY have three things to "hide". Us guys? Well?!

I felt so out of place from the age of ten visiting Japan, because I would wear my board shorts, and my cousin would wear speedos as the rest of the boys there. Some others would wear square-cut trunks. Or very short "boxer" type swim trunks. To me, I was wearing LONG pants. So I wore speedos (Arena) for the first time when I was 11. I was hesitant at first, but my cousin wondered WHY I was so. He ran out of the locker room of a water park, and I did NOT want to be left behind, so I ran after him, catching up with him to ride down a water slide and the rest was history. I NEVER felt ashamed after that. Except when I started dribbling seminal fluid through my speedos! Thanks to balloons.....

Now at the age of 16, I am one of TWO guys who wear speedos at a famous beach. We get wise cracking comments at times, but I ignore them! And I wear speedos as undies.

Well Scott, I can tell you I am SHORT AND skinny! And wearing under-sized speedos, I look like I have a permanent boner! I wear mines very low and like the thin sided ones because I LOVE the tan-lines I get as my Gal LOVES IT!!!!!

Uh.....99.9% naked? DAMN! HOW SMALL ARE YOUR SPEEDOS, SCOTT?
