Why didn't you fight back? You were younger and faster, you should have been all over him the moment he squeezed you and your right, the police would have doubted you since you didn't resist. Just about any rape victim, a REAL victim, male or female, is battered or beaten during the rape because they resist. At least I fought back during my rape.

I was drunk and trying to get home through a city park and this guy asked me to open my shirt for a picture, I unbuttoned the shirt and pulled it open and he kicked me low in the gut. All I remember was getting hit a lot of times in the ribs and gut and then the rape. For a decade when someone pushed me around or threatened me I never tried to fight back, once I stood with my back against a wall in an alley and let this small younger guy beat on me until I passed out.
