What teh hell do you mean "besides usa". The US army has no moral for the fist of all. And secondly it is not important how big our army is. European union is going to be the greatest area in the world and that is not thanks to their guns bu their intelligense and theyre peacefull politis.

My GF has also bigger feet than me. She wear size 42 and she is only 171 cm tall. I'm 180 cm tall and wear size 41. I like her feet, especially in stockings.
