Greetings Adder. I'm not saying that a person should marry just for sex. You should truly love the person you are going to marry or the marriage won't work. However, sex is one of the major reasons for marrying and it does provide a morally acceptable outlet for sexual needs. I wanted to advocate a way to fulfill those sexual needs without compromising Christian principles; and a guy marrying his long time girlfriend sooner is the only way that I can think of.

Since you have been seeing your girlfriend for over 3 years, you might want to look at either marrying young, or saving it for later and continue practicing abstinence in the meantime. It depends how long you and your girlfriend are willing to wait.

I am in my 30s and I do NOT believe that the driving age should be raised. Here is the reason why?

It is true that younger drivers cause more accidents. However, their age in and of itself is NOT the reason. The main reason they cause the most accidents is because of their inexperience. Raising the age to 18 only means that it will take them longer to get the experience and will NOT solve the problem. For example, children as young as 12 who have been raised on the farm have excellent driving skills because they had the experience driving on farming vehicles. This shows that it's the driving experience, not their age, that is the key to good driving.

What I do support is graduating driving programs where a new driver is allowed to drive under certain restrictions (curfew, zero alcohol tolerance, drive with a qualified driving supervisor during the first year, etc.) for a couple of years until they get the experience they need to get their full license.

Giving them that 2 year probation will give them the opportunity to get the experience they need to be good drivers.

I don't know if God has male features, but I do know that He wants to be refered to as "Father" and says that he's the Husband and Israel is His wife. That's good enough for me to indicate that he's male; at least in the spiritual sense.

I am a member of the Christian Heritage Party of Canada and we support Sunday legislation. However, we also support people working on Sunday if they observe another day for religious purposes. This way, they wouldn't have to be forced to observe 2 days and lose money.

As the title says, if God were a "she" he would have been called a goddess. In other words, we already have a female word for a feminine version of a god, so this whole argument doesn't make sense.

Also, God himself refers to himself as a husband and Israel as his wife.
