I tend to buy albums on CD. Since first getting Itunes installed just over a year ago, I have only downloaded two complete albums. I mainly use Itunes for acquiring individual songs or partial albums. I suppose I am still attached to CDs. Pehaps one of the reasons for this is that they are more "social". Albums can be a talking point for visitors if they're displayed on a shelf or rack, but not if they're hidden away on your hard drive.
This is a very complex and intelligent poll. What's more, I didn't count a single spelling or grammatical error in it, which is probably more than can be said for my answers.
The term "radical" can mean whatever you want it to mean. We aready have laws against incitement to racial hatred, religious hatred, glorifying terrorism, and soliciting murder. If a person is convicted of any of these offences, he or she should be considered for deportation (depending on the nature and magnitude of the offence), assuming of course that he is resident but not a citizen. But I don't want to see people deported if they haven't been found guilt of anything, as this would represent a lack of transparency and respect for due process.
I'm still not convinced it would act as a deterrent for this crime in particular. If we reintroduced corporal punishment for a broader range of crimes, then it might have the effect of lowering the crime rate generally though.
When you say the price of gas, do you mean gasoline, or do you mean natural gas for heating?
