I haven't done either, but I have seen my neibor, he does it both, but likes barefoot better, cause his mom can't complaine about his bare feet getting dirty, as aposed to his socks.

your like my 7 year old cousin I babysit for. Unless forced never has shoes on. Socks sometimes, but never shoes.

I am 17, I have a cosin who is actulaly 9, so he is too young for the poll. But I imagin tickling tieng him to the floor and tickling him for hours. I would make sure that he is wearing only the briefs the I have seen when he bends over some times. I would use my fingers only. Going after every part that I can. I know for fact that he is EXTREAMLY TICKLISH so that would be awesome. I guess at some points I would torture him by pulling down his underwear and getting his senstiteve parts too. Sorry if I sound perverted. I may be.

Since no one els has posted I guess I will.
I am not very ticklish, though my GF likes tickling me. I do enjoy tickling my little cousin. He is 7 cute, blond hair thin, and almost past white. He is ticklish anywhere I place a finger. Though my favorite places are his ribs, belly, armpits, legs, feet (of course) and well anywhere I can. I start by tickling him normaly, like on his socked feet and over his shirt. But I will quite commonly remove his socks and tickle him like nuts. I will also ticle up his shirt, and there are times he will remove so I can get at him esier. He loves being ticked and askes me to tickle him where ever I see him. Man I love that kid.
