========== In Reply To ========== This is an important poll, and it does apply to me, because I have previously been in psychiatric hospital for depression, and I got sacked (US fired) from my dream job after deliberately cutting myself with a Swiss Army knife. It's OK, I have another job, but I still get depressed. Today was quite bad. Luckily I know the exact reasons for my depression, but it's really hard to solve the problem. Partly it's something that happened a long time ago and cannot be changed, and the other part I have not managed to solve, and do not have the resources to deal with it at the moment. Anyway, I don't want to just talk about me. It's important to say that I care about YOU, if you're depressed or lonely right now. Yes you!! I was feeling so low at work today that I have decided to take a knife into work tomorrow (I have a nice new Swiss Army knife :-)) and I may cut myself if things get too bad. None of my co-workers know I feel this way. I am good at keeping it quiet. Anyway best wishes to all reading this message, and thank you for reading. It is written by a horrible person however.
