Worst City In Canada

in my opinion, the city of quebec itself is not that worst. its even a very nice town with its european style and everything. It's just its population who make it sucks. Why? because each person there is a quebec independentist radical french speaker...that sucks.
Put some good Canadians here and the worst city would be...Winnipeg! lol
