First of all, I did not say my blood would boil, I said that, if the girls there wanted their blood pressure to rise, they should read your coments.

By and large I did appreciate our interchange. It went over the edge for me when you started talking about dictating what I was allowed to wear rather than letting me choose to wear a skirt because I know that is what you like. As I have said before, if I knew a guy like to see me in skirts, that is what I would wear; I would voluntarily choose not to wear pants but I would not give up my right to make that choice.

You should go and take a look at the site again. There are a couple of contributors there who are very sympathetic to skirts. And there are a few there who would make your blood boil.

I grew up on the east coast of the us. There was no better way to cool off on warm summer nights than to go swimming in the river. If it was after dark, the girls would usually go topless. It was sort of a tradition. I think the boys came more for this than the swimming.

It is difficult to figure out what is fair here. If girls were to remove their skirts and guys their pants, then everyone would be in undies. So, in this way, it is fair.

In another way, it is not. Girls often wear skirts or shorts and show their legs, while guys usually wear pants. So, if everyone were bare-legged, the guys would be showing more than usual while the girls would be doing nothing special.

That said, I like the idea of the pants removal thing being just for the guys. If I were setting the rules, I would do one of two things: (1) I would have the girls wear pants and keep them on as a sort of contrast to the guys or (2) I would have the girls wear skirts so that the guys could see our legs as a reward for letting us see theirs.
