The School Board, the ultimate authority in matters of school practice and standards is elected by the people.

The people have no one to blame but themselves. If we attended to the business of our government half as much as we attended to balancing our checkbooks, morons like this would never be elected and uncivil administrations like this pea brain whoud never have been employed.

This incident in my opinion is child abuse and should be prosecuted as such. Additionally certain civil rights have been violated. No person should be forced or compelled to disrobe or be forcibly disrobed or should suspected absence of certain undergarments be the subject of investigation of any school official. Forcibly disrobing a person or forcing them to disrobe in public constitutes a basic violation of their civil rights. Additionally as some or many of the victims of this perpetration were or may have been minors at that time; said action as cited in this poll defines the perpetrator as a molester of children. Immediate charges should be brought. There is an immediate need for the recording of depositions and the injured need to meet with a representative of the District Attorney. Thereafter they need to meet and find an extremely aggressive even voracious Civil Rights Attorney. Sue the State for $10,000.00 in true to be paid to each victim per incident with the understanding that all officials will be discredited, loose their credentials and never be permitted to work in any school system for the rest of their lives, or $20,000.00 in true to be paid to each victim per incident and a punitive damage to be paid to the charity of the victims choice in the amount of $1,000,000.00 per violation.

All and every school official involved in this matter should be put on leave and barred from all school property and/or discussions with or meeting with any public school student whatsoever, until these matters are resolved. Petitions should be formed immediately to recall all School Board members and then elect a new School Board.
