What the hell are you guys talking about? New York is better than Cgicago in so many ways. I'm from New York, and I've been to Chicago, and I don't see what is so nice about chicago!! New York State recently passed a law that banned smoking in all public buildings. You must be outside to smoke, and you're not supposed to be under any sort of cover at all, you have to be out in the open.
