What about all those guys? Roll them all together and they are still not worse than Bush. None of those guy's actions led to the kinds of disasters that have befallen the US and the entire world that have resulted from Bush's incompetence. I have to admit though, that at least half of the fault must go to Cheney.

Well, according to Mapquest, the way to Heaven (Heights) is to go north from New Bedford, MA about 13 miles on MA-140. Not that complicated.

Sort of off topic, but fundie Creationsts believe in a young earth and many even believe that humans cavorted with dinosaurs. Well, I have the extremely fortunate opportunity to combine a safari in Tanzania with work I have over there next month. The safari makes a stop at Olduvai Gorge ("Cradle of Mankind" unless you believe in that Eden bunk). I am going to try to spot a fossilized dinosaur saddle in outcrop while I'm there! Stay tuned.
