Let Israel get rid of the terrorists. They are doing the same thing the United States did in Afghanistan. The Palestinian Authority, PLO or whatever you want to call Arafat and his gang of terrorist thugs should be treated no differently than the Taliban.

Arafat has historically always been a terrorist- just look at his track record. Lay aside his rhetoric and simply look at Arafat’s actions and you will see violence and terror from the beginning to the present. It is an embarrassment to the United States and to the world that Arafat has achieved the status he currently has.

How has such a terrible murderous tyrant been allowed to go from a recognized terrorist, to a leader of a people with no actual state who make claims to a Palestinian state that has NEVER in history actually existed. Sure there were people in the area before Israel was given the land in 1948. But not a single one of them would claim to be a Palestinian before Israel was there. Why would I say that? Simple, there was no Palestine as far as Arabs were concerned – Palestine was Jordan. The word Palestine isn’t even an Arab word. It was invented by the British long before 1948. It was simply a term used to describe the general area, which was under British control at the time.

So then who are the Palestinians? They are people from all over the various regions – Arafat himself is an Egyptian. Many of them were imported from various regions to stop the Zionist movement in 1948. This was a political move by other Arab nations that promised these “pioneers” the spoils of the land. Now they are refugees that are denied return by their own countries. Why wont the Arab countries take them back? Because the Palestinians are a convenient tool in the cause of Islam – jihad. Jihad is widely supported by Arab nations, especially the radical nations under sharia (Islamic law) like Iran and Syria.

The purpose of the Palestinian movement is to remove Israel from Arab lands; a goal Arab nations have been attempting to accomplish since the establishment of Israel in 1948. The Arab nations have waged war against Israel several times trying to accomplish this goal of jihad. They have been unsuccessful so now they are turning to another form of jihad. The Arabs turned from conventional war to terror tactics and double talk diplomacy – say one message to the world while explaining to the Arab people in Arabic that the purpose for the negotiations is step-by-step elimination of Israel. This is a political method propagated by Muhammad and used by Muslim nations for hundreds of years to achieve victory over their enemies (anyone who isn’t Muslim). In jihad, it is acceptable to cease physical fighting for a short period (historically about 10-12 years), in order to purse political and diplomatic means of achieving the goal of jihad (a world under sharia). This “peaceful” form of jihad (putting down the sword temporarily for the pen) is what we have seen off and on in the Palestinian Israeli conflict. There are periods of false “peace” negotiations interspersed with periods of terror and fighting.

The radical Islamic nations are not to be trusted in politics and diplomacy for this very reason of “peaceful” jihad. Pay attention to actions and historical facts. Do not be deceived as most of the world by the deceptions of Arafat. Gaza and the West Bank are not the issue, the very existence of Israel is the issue – clearly. Israel and the United States should join forces and fight all terrorist elements in the world together.
