Posted in The New "Potty Parity" Poll on 2008-10-03 13:01:44

Group potty going ... it would definitely cause problems if (say) four went to the loo at one time but there were only one or two toilets or stalls available. But wouldn't the overall rate of "restroom occupancy" over the course of many minutes or hours remain the same? ... unless, that is, group potty visits cause girls to use the potty more often than they would otherwise do. Hmmm, I think I'll make another poll to find out ...

Karen,

Thanks for the post. You may want to check out my blog at

http://standandpee.blogspot.com/

It's pretty P-Mate oriented, but gives a nod to each of the other products. I have never tried P-Mate myself but would like to learn more about it. I guess the big thing is, is it hard to learn to use? I don't know anyone who has used it, to ask them about it.

... using a P-Mate or something like it to let you, as a gal, "stand and deliver" --- pee standing up!

If you have ever done a stand-up pee, please vote in the poll, telling which kind of device you used and why you used it.

None from very early childhood. From about the age of 7 or 8, I (as a boy) remember a girl playmate who would always make me come in the bathroom to "stand guard" when she was at my house and needed to pee. (She was afraid of drains and toilets, of being sucked into them.)

Another, somewhat older girl playmate (10 years old) one time used a toddler's potty in front of me and the other kids playing outdoors in one of our back yards.

Hi, this is dalekhound, who posted this poll ...

Sorry I didn't respond earlier, I just discovered there is a forum attached to the poll ...

I actually meant something like "see you or any part of you while you are peeing" ... "be a witness" ... "be in your presence." Something like that ... anything other than being absolutely alone while you pee.

I have a problem peeing before others, which is why I asked ... much less let anyone else see the "stream."

Are you a guy or a gal? Does that make a difference?
