I choose to believe in human theories about science rather than human theories about God.

One difference is that theories about science are subject to change in the light of new information, while some people believe in a literal interpretation of the Bible despite any and all evidence to the contrary.

I'm sorry to hear that you've attempted to commit suicide. I hope you're feeling better now.

I can't agree with this advice: "but if you just can't face up to getting help than yeah. do the unthinkable. first shoot yourself in the head."

Suicide is a permanent solution to what is almost always a temporary problem, or a problem that doesn't have to end your life. Don't do it! Even if you just can't face up to getting help, do it anyway. Talk to a friend or someone in your family. Get involved in activities that you enjoy or will at least take your mind off of whatever is bothering you. If you get the point where you don't think you can go on, and you're living in the United States, call the National Suicide Crisis Hotline: 1-800-SUICIDE (1-800-784-2433). Other countries have organizations like the Samaritans which you can look up in the phone book.
