What time zone does Mister Poll live in? In other words, if I set a poll launch to end on 5/13, what's the precise time that it will close (or at least as precise as you can tell me)?

How about now? I'd really like to be able to hide the results. The poll is for an awards event and I don't want the voters to be able to see the results until all voting is complete.
