I think cartoon briefs look cool and would wear them if they had the right sizes. I heard there are a couple of places that make sort of cartoon briefs in larger sizes. I would like to see what those briefs are.

I am a bedwetter also. I wear cloth diapers and plastic pants at night when I go to bed. If I know that I will fall asleep during the day for a nap, traveling, or something like that, I usually diaper up because I can easily wet while I am sleeping then too. I have gotten used to the soft feeling of the diapers and like the softness, but the diapers also keep me dry.

Like mormic and tdlrtag said, I wear diapers to bed because I am a bedwetter--always have been. In cold weather I wear pajamas over the diaper. In hot weather I just wear a t-shirt and diaper. I usually put my diaper on just before bed, but sometimes leave it on for a while in the morning after I get up. I don't mind wearing the diaper and kind of like the soft feeling it gives.

I like to wear pajamas to bed too. I am also a bedwetter so I wear diapers under my pajamas. I have always been a bedwetter so I have always worn diapers. I actually like the soft feel of the diapers under my pajamas. I don't want to wake up in a wet bed so wearing diapers is OK with me.

No, I choose to be in diapers for my bedwetting. No punishments involved at all. I wear diapers to keep my bed dry.
