July 2005 - 'Live 8' = USA & UK joined together in Live music concert marathon to raise awareness throughout world of world poverty. Europe, Asia, Australasia, Africa, basicaly all the Continents joined in with music concert broadcast live to every Country in the World.

Remember 'Live Aid' in 1985? Song: "Feed the World: Do they Know it's Christmas?" It is the same deal & same organisers. SHOCK: it has been 20 years since 'Live Aid' & Africa is still dying!!!!!!!! 20yrs & no change?! Unreal.

Live 8 (2005)- The G8 Summit of 8 World Leaders (8 Super Countries)gathered in July in UK & they saw this world 'music' protest & they knew they had to respond. They had to change. The only world leader who did not understand protest, initially, was G. W. Bush. It has since been explained to him. He has finally agreed to certain concesions to save our planet. e.g. He did not believe that pollution will cause atmosphere to fail!!!!!

No change in Africa yet. Still people dying with no homes, or clothes or food, despite 20yrs of awareness & protests.

The superpowers must act to save the world, because it cant keep being passed to each generation to solve, because it is not being solved. The world is sick - floods, huricanes, volcanos, tornados, fires, etc. You know how bad 2005 was for natural disasters.

Did you see 'Live Aid' in 1985 or 'Live 8' in 2005? Were you moved? Did you realise things were that bad & that no Governement cared?

What do we do now? How can we change? Any ideas?

It would be really interesting if you could add details to this 'poll' in edit section. Like; age, gender. Who are the cat/dog owners? The results are great, but who do they relate to? That would be more revealing if we knew age/gender. The results would mean something.

Why is it taboo to talk about being ill? Why is it so difficult to find 'free' support online? Why is it when you do find free support, you are not alowed to say anything scary relating to your condition incase it offends anyone? Why must the chronically ill shut-up & keep away from everyone? Any ideas?
